It is a pleasure to have your support of SIMTRUM. We are pleased to announce that we have launched SIMTRUM’s New Heating & Cooling Stages for Microscopy. Our temperature stage can cover a temperature range from -190 to 1200 degrees with an air-tight chamber or vacuum sealed chamber. If you want to test the electronic signal of your device, we can provide a fixed probe pin stage, or an adjustable probe pin stage based on your requirements. The Optical Cryo & High-Temperature Stage is scientific research equipment used for material anaylsis. It can be combined with optical microscopes, Raman microscopes, fluorescence microscopes, and other instruments to achieve rapid sample heating or Cooling, while observing the structural and morphological changes of the sample during the process, it helps to understand the physical and chemical properties of the sample.

The X-ray/XRD Temperature Stage is an accessory for studying sample variable temperature of X-ray diffraction, temperature range: -190°C to 600°C / Room Temperature to1200°C in air / inert gas/vacuum conditions, Supports retrofitting on various existing X-ray diffractometers (Bruker, Thermo Fisher, Rigaku, etc.).

The Electrical Probe Temperature Stage is a product designed to characterize the temperature dependence of electrical properties during the heating and cooling phases of materials.
Based on the optical temperature stage, an electrical module has been added. By moving the needle pin during testing, the tip of the needle can be brought into contact with any area of the sample surface. The electrical signal is transmitted to the instrumentation for electrical testing through the wiring connected to the needle holder, and the electrical properties of the material at variable temperatures are analyzed.
