胶结真零阶半波片

Polymer Zero Order Half Waveplates are built using birefringent polymer film cemented between two glass. They are designed as True Zero Half Waveplates which allow stable retardation due to shifts in wavelength or angle of incidence. Due to the two glasses being cemented, they have a low tolerance for high damage threshold and temperature.


Cemented Zero Order Half Waveplates have their two components bonded together through cementing. They have a smaller temperature range as the cement could be damaged by a high-powered laser. The beam deviation is relatively around an arc minutes range with a lower transmitted wavefront tolerance. However, this is still useful in low power situations and is economical.
