方解石沃拉斯顿偏光片

Wollaston Polarizer is used to separate incoming light beam into two polarized components, the extraordinary polarization which is symmetrical from the axis of propagation, and the ordinary polarization which is orthogonal. This is highly effective in lab experiments to achieve both polarizations. They are widely using in spectrometer and polarization analyzer, beamsplitter in optical applications.

Calcite can be in the form of transparent to opaque with hints of phosphorescence or fluorescence. This type of crystal has birefringent properties and has an ordinary refractive index of 1.658 and an extraordinary refractive index of 1.486. It can target a wide
spectrum of 190-1700nm, and it is a uniaxial crystal frequently use
from visible to Near IR polarizers.
