LBO

三硼酸锂(LBO)晶体是用于非临界相位匹配激光倍频的最优秀的非线性晶体之一。其相对较大的转换系数——是KDP的3倍,以及优异的物理性能,使其成为YLF、YAG、YAP激光器二次和三次谐波产生的优良非线性光学材料。

 

该晶体具有从160到2600纳米的宽光学透明度。与KTP相比,它在高功率SHG中表现出色,热透镜最小。它的大接受角与小走偏角相结合,降低了源激光器的光束质量要求。
