UVFS Laser Line Non-Polarization Beamsplitter Plate, Beamsplitter Plate www.simtrum.com

Laser Line Non-Polarization Beamsplitter Plate is used to split or combine laser beams of a targeted wavelength. As it is a non-polarizing beamsplitter, the polarization of the outgoing beams remains the same when the incoming beam is a varied polarized light. Being partial-reflective coated mirrors, but often used with the incident of angle at 45°, plate beam splitters consist of a thin plate of optical glass with a different type of coatings.


Fused Silica is made with materials of high purity, making it ideal for UV or higher energy applications as it is transparent over a wider range of wavelengths. It is scratch resistant and has low thermal expansion coefficient alongside good optical qualities. For high-energy applications, the extreme purity of fused silica eliminates microscopic defect sites that could lead to laser damage. Has excellent transmission in the UV dimension.
