高功率偏振分束器



High Power Polarizing Beamsplitter Cubes are unique as the material used to construct the Beamsplitter Cubes is optically contacted. They are widely used in many applications and have a high damage threshold. Unlike Cemented cubes, optically contacted cubes have their two matching surfaces bonded together through Van der Waals forced of attraction. Beam deviation and transmitted wavefront are excellent. However, the differential expansion can cause stress to be built up within the bonds, resulting in separation. Hence, it requires more protection from stress and temperatures.


Fused Silica is made with materials of high purity, making it ideal for UV or higher energy applications as it is transparent over a wider range of wavelengths.It is scratch resistant and has low thermal expansion 

coefficient alongside good optical qualities.For high-energy applications,the extreme purity of fused silica eliminates microscopic defect sites that could lead to laser damage.It Has excellent transmission in the UV dimension.
