相位调制器

调制器用于激光干涉、稳频、原子冷却等精密光学系统。

 

 

相位调制器是根据电光效应和高频谐振器理论研制的一种能够对偏振光进行相位调制的调制装置。它常用于激光干涉、光频梳、激光稳频、原子冷却、量子态控制等精密光学系统中。当将特定频率的电信号注入高频谐振腔中时,电磁波将在谐振腔中不断反射,形成驻波,从而产生电磁共振。电光晶体在电磁共振作用下产生双折射效应,最终导致光的相变。我们的调制器采用多种电光晶体,如MLN, DKDP, KTP, LT等。波长覆盖350-3000 nm,频率覆盖1-4 GHz,调制深度可达2 π rad。
